There is no doubt we are living in unprecedented times, where COVID-19 takes over the global agenda. Most of us have seen their way of life and their work habits completely change for the last few days and weeks. Whether it is governmental injunctions, new corporate guidelines or self-protection: we all try to cope with this global pandemic the best way we can.
We realize that in these times of crisis, you need to be able to rely on your strategic partners. At IRIS, we have taken all measures to maintain our services and support to the level you are used to. Currently, our business continuity plans are in motion, where all IRIS employees are enabled to work securely from home while all business critical resources can be accessed remotely.
Together with the IRIS Management Team, we have put in place a committee that enables a continuous assessment and quick response to upcoming changes. Our priority is to provide you with the level of services that will help you manage your IRIS solutions in production, while ensuring the health and safety of all teams involved.
On all levels, our support teams, backed up by the Professional Services teams and R&D teams, are organized and equipped to face the situation with professionalism: JIRA ticketing system, daily synchronization by calls & online meetings with key stakeholders, remote interventions, etc.
Moreover, our online services like the Partner Portal and JIRA (hosted on www.irisdatacapture.com), are monitored by our teams as usual. The IRIS back-office services are up and running and our sales and pre-sales teams are happy to support your initiatives using a wide range of communication tools at their disposal.
IRIS and Canon will keep monitoring the situation in the coming weeks to ensure our response is always aligned with the latest guidelines provided by the World Health Organization and local authorities, in order to ensure the continuity of our services at all times.
