On-site Digitization Solution
“In an increasingly digitized world, digitization of paper is an ever-increasing challenge. Especially because we have to deal with confidential documents quickly and flexibly. For this, we have created a mobile solution. The basic idea is simple, we come to our customers with the Scan-Truck and on-site we digitize their paper documents. For our clients, this means that their documents no longer have to leave the company premises and that the customer has access to his files at all times.”
– Klaus-Peter Horstmann, Head of Sales ECM, Arvato Bertelsmann
Trusted Information Management Services
“A typical hospital has anywhere from 350 to 1,200 different form types. The ability of the human brain to be able to process that and identify every form accurately every time is a challenge.
And we have to employ numerous levels of quality control to make sure that we get the right information. IRIS and the classification module inside IRIS, allows us to build a 100% confidence level that the forms are being classified appropriately.”
– Scott McMillan, Senior Vice President, Operations, Salumatics Inc

Digitizing Patient Records
“From the administration perspective, the major advantage of digitizing patient records lies in the fact that the patient files no longer need to be physically carried around and the information is fully digitized and can be accessed from any part of the hospital. From the doctor’s perspective, the reduced time spent searching is one of the main benefits of digital patient files and the quicker availability of patient information is a huge step forward.”
– Bruno Stankowski, IT Systems, Universitätsklinikum Aachen
